Return Policy

 At Royals Inc., we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. The following policy has been established to give you a hassle-free experience.
General Return Policy


All merchandise must be determined by Royals Inc. store personnel to be in “like new” condition to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to make the final decision on the condition of the returned merchandise. Clearance, discontinued, or permanently marked down merchandise is not eligible for return. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Any merchandise returned under this policy may be subject to an additional delivery/pickup fee.
Furniture & Appliance Returns


Returns are accepted within 2 business days from the date of purchase with no additional fee. Between Days 3 and 7 from the date of purchase, returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If a customer chooses to exchange the item for something of equal or greater value between Day 3 and Day 7, a reduced restocking fee of 15% will be assessed.
Mattress Returns


Customers must keep the mattress for at least 10 days after purchase. After the tenth day and up until day 30 from the date of purchase, mattresses may be returned if they are covered by a mattress protector. No returns will be accepted after day 30 from the date of purchase.
